How long does it take to get my reservation?
You can expect your reservation to be made within one week of requesting it. You will know when we are working on your reservation as the progress will be updated to "working on."
I need to make a change to my trip, what should I do?
You have 24 hours to edit or cancel a reservation, after that, it is nonrefundable.
Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
You have 24 hours to cancel your reservations before it is permanently locked in and we cannot refund you.
